I used to say I was passionate about health and nutrition.
But really… I was just desperately trying to fix myself.
I struggled with my relationship with food and my body from a very young age (imagine a little girl thinking her legs are fat).
I tried diet after diet, counted every calorie, dabbled in bulimia, and found myself binge-eating anything I could find.
But I still resented the scale, jean shopping, and most of all – myself.

Psychologists, Christian counselors, books, praying my hardest, promising to myself and others. I even went to an eating disorder clinic for a few months. None of it really helped.

That’s when I had my ‘But God’ moment. God called me to a ministry school in Redding, CA. It was the clearest I had ever heard His voice. So I packed up my whole life and moved across the world – desperate for freedom.
I spent 3 years learning life-changing truths. I encountered God, inner healing, and freedom beyond anything I ever expected. It felt like God took me by the hand and led me step-by-step out of bondage and into abundant life.
